FCA2 ⁷ gives you added reassurance and helps you to avoid any potential collisions with pedestrians, cyclists or other cars on the road. If you are not applying the brakes hard enough to avoid a collision, your Sorento will do it automatically.

Back out of a parking space or driveway simply and easily. With the RCCA system, you will get an alert that warns if cars or pedestrians are passing behind your vehicle. If there’s any risk of a collision, the system will automatically brake.

The MCB offers you and your passengers added protection and reassurance in the event of a crash. After the initial crash, it helps to prevent any unpredictable movements of your vehicle, thereby helping to mitigate the danger of any secondary crashes.

The SEA system sounds an alarm if a passenger tries to disembark while a car is approaching from the back in an adjacent lane. It keeps the electronic child safety lock locked and helps to prevent the doors from opening if the risk of colliding continues to increase, even if the driver unlocks the doors.

The PDW system alerts the driver to any potential risks posed by nearby objects to avoid collisions while moving at low speeds. As well as having the front and back covered, there are now sensors that detect objects to the sides of your Sorento too for 360-degree coverage.
